So many folks out there have got some kind of aspirations they so much desire to actualize. They strive hard enough in order to quickly attain the sublime aspirations of those goals and for this reason; they are completely swamped with so many tasks to get done to the point that the 24 hours in a day is just not enough. But I’ve always had a question begging for an appropriate answer hovering over my mind for a while now and that is; “Is it everyone who’s got so many task at hand that is actually Productive or just Busy”? Before such question can be anchored on any reasonable answer, let’s first make sense of what Productivity and being Busy are. There are so many people out there who appears to be accomplishing a lot, always occupied with tasks and constantly being rushed to keep their heads above water. The religion of Islam is one which has billions of people practicing it, and it’s a religion that is decorated with strict code of conducts of its members (MUSLIMS). I make bold to say that there is no single act of worship in this beautiful religion, except that there is a principle guiding its implementation. “The journey of a thousand miles they say begins with a single step”. It doesn’t matter the duration the journey will consume – it all begins with one single step. I wholeheartedly agree with this claim. But have you ever thought about it, even though that single step has been taken, it does not guarantee the eventual success of that journey? I begin in the Name of the Lord of the worlds, The One who has promised to grant Ease to whosoever relies upon HIM. If there was something that is most certain to occur in the live of mankind after Death, I would say, it is MOMENTS OF DISCOMFORT AND DIFFICULTY. Hearts are disheartened, faces are drawn with concern, tears threatening to well up the eyes, blog sites are flooded, people scream on social media pages asking for help because the news of another suicide has just been broken. As I sit here in my little study space with my scribbling hands haunting for the perfect words to lock this write up in, another suicide attempt flitted across my ears and this time, it was a close relative. My heart jumped, pen dropped, I relapsed into a self conversation with concern written all over my face - what could be happening? Why do people opt to eliminate themselves? Death for me is something people are scared of, how come it's now people's most desired options? Even my garrulous Pen sighed at these grief haunting questions. If I am to regret sorrowfully over anything right now, it will be based on the fact that those victims of suicide can't get to read this write up, perhaps they would have had a second thought. There are so many sorrowful tales of a determined dreamer who expended all his sweats to gather and utilize all resources needed in the most effective and efficient way in order to actualize a particular aspirations, but it's so unfortunate that the denouement of his tales were "and he failed in making those dreams become a reality". What could have hindered someone who's got every resources at his disposal from breaking through the blessings of success? A similar anguish is being suffered by a preponderant numbers of dreamers out there which subsequently makes them despair of themselves and quit their pursuit. Yes! Family they say: "are a group of people related by blood" - I say: I disagree with this because the concept of family goes way beyond just being related by blood. Family for me, is an institution that covers a wide range of people who are synonymous in their affairs. They think similarly, they walk same way, they share similar interests and lots of other attributes they share.... These sets of beings are scattered on different surfaces of the earth, and they speak different languages, eat different foods, have different cultures and differences in colors and religions. But guess what, despite all these differences, they still live in the same home which is the One Big Globe  I would say, anyone who doesn't share this home with us, is the one who is not a member of the family.
